I have installed a number of bicycle racks on my hybrids, and this has been overall the best. It is definitely sturdy and the easiest to install. It is also pretty light in weight and comes with a strap used to secure items to the rack.
A big plus is that the tube holding the rack and attaching to the seat post is hollow. I created a 3D printed item holder that easily telescopes into the tube and also attaches the reflector at the back (see https://www.printables.com/model/819670-accessory-holder-and-light-attachment-for-west-bik).
I would definitely purchase this bicycle rack not just for its quality and ease of installation, but also because you can use it as an item holder for tools, money...
